Ivory Coast cocoa arrivals for the 2025/26 season reached 1.603 million metric tons as of May 17, marking a 1.3% increase compared with the same period last season, according to exporter estimates released on Monday.

The season, which began on October 1, has seen modest year-on-year growth in bean deliveries to the country’s two main export ports.

During the week of May 11–17, approximately 33,000 metric tons of cocoa were delivered, with around 11,000 tons arriving in Abidjan and 22,000 tons in San Pedro. This compares with 22,000 tons received during the corresponding week of the previous season, representing a notable increase in weekly arrivals.
