Cocoa arrivals at Ivory Coast ports reached 1.028 million metric tons by December 28
Abidjan, Dec 29 (Reuters) — Cocoa arrivals at Ivory Coast ports reached 1.028 million metric tons by December 28, covering the period from the start of the 2025/26 season on October 1. This marks a 2.47% decline compared to the same date last season, Reuters reported on Monday.
Between December 22 and December 28, approximately 28,000 metric tons of cocoa beans were delivered to Abidjan Port, while 32,000 tons arrived at San Pedro Port. Weekly deliveries totaled 60,000 tons, down from 82,000 tons during the equivalent week of the previous season.
