Cocoa deliveries to ports in Côte d’Ivoire have slightly declined compared with last season, according to data from exporters released on March 17.

Since the start of the 2025/26 marketing season on October 1, total cocoa arrivals have reached 1.37 million metric tons as of March 15, representing a 3.1% decrease compared with the same period last year.

Recent weekly deliveries also showed a slowdown. Between March 9 and March 15, approximately 20,000 tons of cocoa beans were delivered to the country’s main export ports. Of this total, around 12,000 tons arrived in Abidjan, while 8,000 tons were delivered to San Pedro.

During the same week in the previous season, arrivals totaled roughly 14,000 tons, indicating stronger shipments at that time.
