Cocoa arrivals at Ivory Coast’s main export ports continue to trail last season’s pace, reflecting ongoing supply tightness in the 2025/26 campaign.

Exporters estimate that cumulative arrivals since the start of the season on October 1 have reached 1.289 million metric tons as of February 15. This represents a 4.4% decline compared with the same period last season.

During the most recent reporting week (February 9–15), approximately 12,000 tons of cocoa were delivered to the port of Abidjan and 14,000 tons to San Pedro. Combined weekly arrivals totaled 26,000 tons, slightly below the 27,000 tons recorded during the corresponding week last year.

The continued slowdown in arrivals underscores persistent supply constraints in the world’s largest cocoa-producing nation, a factor that remains central to global cocoa market pricing and forward supply expectations.
