Ivory Coast Confirms Farm-Gate Cocoa Price at 2,800 CFA/kg Until March 31, 2026

The Coffee-Cocoa Council (Conseil du Café-Cacao) has announced that the guaranteed farm-gate price for cocoa during the 2025/26 main crop season remains unchanged at 2,800 CFA francs per kilogram across the entire national territory.

The fixed price will remain in effect until March 31, 2026.

The Council also reminded industry participants that, under current regulations, the maximum legal deadline for full payment of delivered cocoa is one month from the effective date of delivery.

Any failure to comply with the guaranteed minimum price or with the legally mandated payment deadline exposes offenders to sanctions under existing regulations.

Producers are encouraged to report any cases of non-compliance, whether related to underpayment or delayed payment, to the appropriate Council services and administrative authorities so that enforcement measures can be applied.

The Coffee-Cocoa Council reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring strict compliance with regulations, protecting producer incomes, promoting transaction transparency, and maintaining the proper functioning of the coffee-cocoa sector.
