Producing the daily reports requires a significant commitment of time and resources. I have been pleased to make this information available and build a community of people who share a genuine interest in the cocoa market.

However, the time has now come to take CocoaIntel to the next level.

My objective is to provide more detailed, independent, and actionable analysis, supported by reliable on-the-ground information from key cocoa-producing and consuming regions. This requires working with local contributors, industry professionals, and specialist data providers, creating a need for sustainable income.

At the same time, I am developing the Cocoa AI Portal, a comprehensive analytical platform combining historical and current technical and fundamental market information.

The portal will use AI-assisted models to identify relationships, analyse changing market conditions, and produce data-driven scenarios regarding possible future developments. The aim is not to replace professional judgment, but to strengthen it by bringing market data, fundamental analysis, historical patterns, and analytical tools together in one system.

Operating such a platform professionally and meeting data-licensing, regulatory, legal, and technical requirements involves substantial ongoing costs.

For these reasons, CocoaIntel reports will transition to a subscription-based model.

I understand that this change may disappoint some readers, particularly those who have followed and supported the reports while they were freely available. This decision has not been made lightly. It is a necessary step toward creating a sustainable service and delivering the depth, reliability, and professionalism that the cocoa market deserves.

With the subscription, we will continue with our daily reports, while adding:

* Short- and long-term forecasts

* Continued development of the Cocoa AI Portal

* Broader coverage and increasingly detailed analysis

Once subscription income allows us to expand further, we will also introduce on-the-ground market updates and intelligence from key cocoa-producing regions.

Subscription income will be reinvested into CocoaIntel to fund better data, broader coverage, more rigorous analysis, stronger on-the-ground intelligence, and continued development of our analytical and forecasting tools.
