Arabica Falls as Robusta Rebounds and Colombia Output Drops (9 October 2026)
Coffee futures ended Friday in opposite directions. December Arabica fell 0.73% to 286.95 cents per pound, recording its third consecutive decline and finishing the week 0.62% lower. November Robusta gained 1.37% to $3,470 per tonne, although its weekly increase was just $1.
The small weekly changes conceal a substantial reversal. December Arabica has lost 17.50 cents since Tuesday’s 304.45-cent settlement. London’s Friday rebound offset part of the preceding two sessions’ losses but left November below $3,500.
