Cocoa arrivals at ports in Ivory Coast, the world’s leading cocoa producer, reached approximately 1.445 million metric tons by April 5, according to exporters.

This represents a marginal increase of 0.2% compared to the same period last season, which began on October 1.

Between March 30 and April 5, around 10,000 tons of cocoa beans were delivered to Abidjan and 12,000 tons to San Pedro. Combined arrivals for the week totaled 22,000 tons, slightly below the 22,500 tons recorded during the corresponding week last year.
